Bell showed up in only five games with the Ravens before he was released. His last game on Thursday ended up with three carries for one yard; his overall results in Baltimore is 31 attempts for 83 yards and two touchdowns.
He was not in the traning camp with the Ravens during summer and suffered from several injuries before, so he did not managed to catch up his previous shape to show his best in the five matches.
Bell expressed thanks in his Twitter post and admitted he was upset about the Ravens’ decision. ‘I’ve enjoyed every second of this short period’, he wrote in his blog.
Mass media is predicting the end of Bell’s career as his last season free agency showed the former top running back of the NFL was not in a high demand and there is a little chance he will start drawing much attention again. According to Bell, he is not done with the NFL and is determined to train harder and look for a new home team.
