A player of the National Football League (NFL) club Arizona Cardinals Jeff Gladney died in a car accident, reports R-Sport, citing ESPN.
It is noted that the tragic incident occurred Monday morning in Dallas County (Texas, USA). The girl, who was in Gladney’s car, was also killed in the accident.
According to preliminary information, the NFL player’s car exceeded the speed limit and hit the car ahead of him. Losing control, he hit a roadblock and the car flipped over. The passengers in the other car were not hurt.
Gladney was selected by Minnesota Vikings in the first round of the 2020 draft. In April 2021, he was charged with assaulting an ex-girlfriend. In March of this year, he signed with Arizona after being found not guilty.
