Paris Saint Germain offered Manchester City to sign Neymar but was turned down.
According to Diario Sport, the French club contacted Man City and offered to sign the Brazilian, but City coach Pep Guardiola responded to the offer with a categorical refusal, as he felt that Neymar’s move could spoil the atmosphere in the locker room.
Sources close to PSG claim that the reason why the French club wanted to part with Neymar was the strained relationship between the Brazilian and some teammates.
Earlier it was reported that Neymar had a conflict with PSG forward Kylian Mbappe. It was also reported that the Frenchman asked the club management to sell Neymar.
This season, the 30-year-old forward has 7 goals and 6 assists in 5 games in Ligue 1.
