The gambling holding company MGM Resorts International has successfully completed the acquisition of Push Gaming, a company that develops various solutions for online casinos. The acquisition was made through MGM’s subsidiary, LeoVegas.
Push Gaming boasts a portfolio of more than 30 online casino titles, including games like Razor Shark, Wild Swarm, Big Bamboo, Jammin’ Jars, and others.
This marks MGM’s first major investment since the spring of 2022 when the company acquired LeoVegas for $607 million to expand into the European market.
