Paris Saint-Germain striker Kylian Mbappe scored a penalty goal against Benfica in the fourth round of the Champions League group stage.
However, it was not enough to win, as the Portuguese scored in the 62nd minute – Joao Mariu converted the spot kick. As a result, it was a 1-1 draw in Paris.
Mbappe, 23, scored 31 goals for Parisians in the competition, becoming the club’s top scorer.
Mbappe passed Edinson Cavani (30 goals), then Neymar (21 goals), Zlatan Ibrahimovic (20 goals), and Angel Di Maria (13 goals).
In quartet H, PSG leads with 8 points. Benfica (8), Juventus (3) and Maccabi Haifa are next.
Benfica will play Juventus and PSG will play Maccabi Haifa on October 25.
